The location was good, the public spaces were clean and the staff was AMICABLE. The room we had included central heating, an individual safe, and multi-channel television. The stay was absolutely really great.

Stayed in this property for 4 nights and loved our choice. Overall comfortable hotel, we came here with our partner. The staff were friendly throughout our stay. We got a room with bathtubs.

Beds were uncomfortable in this place.

Location: the hotel was just off restaurants and beaches. It also was in the middle of jackson. I truly enjoyed the room, the bed was comfortable. Booked it for me$ 136.

It was huge, brand-new room. The location was marvellous and easy - walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. We liked that the hotel was 16 minutes drive from the airport.

It was great time in Lake Forest. Traveled with my partner, overall the hotel was exceptionally comfortable. The setting was easy, close to restaurants, shops and short drive to beaches. Tried some nice meals at Uoko Japanese Cuisine, located near the venue.

During my Christmas stay, I was delighted by the smartly designed room which featured separate spaces for working and sleeping. The mini fridge and microwave area were conveniently located near the door. the exercise room was open 24/7 and had a variety of good-quality equipment. But what I loved most was the direct access elevator from the underground parking to my room level, which made moving my luggage hassle-free.

My stay was dampened by the lack of hot water in the shower. It took longer than I hoped for the staff to come up with a solution.

Truly enjoyed staying at the queen suite.

The hotel room was quiet, clean, and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. Despite a late arrival, the staff quickly resolved an issue with the locked door, ensuring we could check in. The location was convenient and the front desk staff provided exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to accommodate our needs.

The room layout was great, with a separate desk area and comfortable reading lights. The parking garage made it easy to access my room without walking through the lobby. The exercise room was well-equipped and open 24/7. The front desk staff, especially the person who helped me with a reservation issue late at night, provided excellent customer service.

Nothing, no complaints at all.
